Green Building & Energy Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (GBE) is incorporated in 2021, to provide various consultancy and endorsement services including Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD), Green Mark, Energy Audit, Energy Efficiency, Design Analysis, M&V Instrumentation and Continuous Education, etc. towards enhancing whole life building performance

We identify the environmental constraints and strength of a site so that passive and active design options can be explored. Sharing value insight with Lead Architects, multiple reviews and workshops are conducted until all design conflicts are resolved and best implementable solutions are identified. GBE also belief in working closely with Mechanical & Electrical engineers to deliver active building systems that harmonize with the environment.

Our Consultant has more than 20 years of working experiences in Commercials, Industrials, Hospitals, Institutional, Residentials, Manufacturing, Laboratories, Mixed Development, Transits, Park, Research Laboratories, etc. Our Consultant is a Green Mark Advanced Accredited Professional (GM AAP), Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM), BCA-Registered Energy Auditor (EA) and Professional Certificate in Project Management (PCPM).
