We offer consultancy services for Environmental Sustainable Design and various BCA Green Mark Scheme Criteria. We provide project-specific advisory towards attaining relevant certification scheme. Project management of entire certification process from design stage, implementation stage and verification stage.
Energy Audit

Through detailed energy audit, the facility’s energy consumption, usage behavior and associated equipment performance will be identified. Practical measures & recommendations will be suggested to eliminate energy wastes and maximize efficiency performance.
We provide various Building Energy Audit levels (Level 1 , 2 & 3) as per Ashrae standard, Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System, Lighting System Audit, etc.
Energy Efficiency
We provide consultancy and advisory services to building operators to improve the operating building system performance, including Chiller Plant Optimization, Air-Distribution and Mechanical Ventilation System Optimization.
Design Analysis
We identify the environmental constraints and strengths of a site so that both Passive and Active design options can be explored. Sharing this valuable insight with Lead Architects, multiple reviews and workshops are conducted until all design conflicts are resolved and best solutions are identified.
We also belief in working closely with Mechanical & Electrical engineers to deliver active building systems that harmonize with the Environment.
M&V Instrumentation
We provide & install high accuracy calibrated Measurement & Verification (M&V) Instrumentation audit services specifically for Chiller Plant & other building services for performance assessment.
Our M&V Instrumentation includes – 10k Thermistors, Ultrasonic Flow meters, Data Logger, Power meters/analyzer, Indoor ambient measurement, Air velocity meter, etc.
Continuous Education
We belief in imparting knowledge and relevant skillsets to facility management and technical personnel.
We provide adjunct lecturing/training at local and oversea tertiary institution/academy, modules and topics covering Building Envelope, Air-Conditioning System and Building Management System, Control Optimization, etc.
